La Crema
The original name, La Crema Viñera, means “best of the vine,” setting the standard for this winery since 1979. From their home in the Russian River Valley, the best cool-climate growing regions in California are explored through the lens of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Here, the ocean winds and fog allow grapes to ripen slowly on the vine, developing complex flavors and aromas. Winemaker Craig McAllister utilize boutique, time-intensive techniques to craft distinctively balanced and elegant wines.
