Sourced from our Estate, Tourdion Cuvée Blanc is named for a French dance from the 16th century Burgundian court, representing the expressive dance of varieties at play. This white wine is made from Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc, and Pinot Gris blended together, with inspiration coming from the Alsace region.
This lovely, complex and expressive wine is loaded with notes of lime zest, feijoa, pineapple, saltwater taffy, minerality and a hint of Thai basil. Those flavors carry through to a well-balanced palate that is offers beautiful richness, energy, and length.
