This limited release allows our winemakers to emphasize the extraordinary terroir of our unique properties and craft very small lots for refined palates. Lake County sits just north of Napa surrounding Clear Lake, the largest natural lake in California, and is known for its high-altitude wine production. Kelsey Bench forms an arc of rich, volcanic soils at more than 1900 feet elevation around Mount Konocti, a dormant volcano in the Pacific Rim chain.
