A kitchen staple of our Culinary team, our extra virgin olive oil comes from our estate olive trees with a blend of Tuscan varietal olives across Sonoma County. The olives are cold pressed using a stone, and bottled unfiltered. This blend of olive oil is full-bodied, versatile and delicious. Drizzle over good crusty bread, heirloom tomatoes, or use in your favorite homemade salad dressing. Yumm! Harvested: Nov. 2019.
