Ex Post Facto
Santa Barbara County Syrah
2021California
$50
BROWSING ONLY
Limited Quantities: Three bottles per order.
Experience the deviant side of Syrah. Inspired by Winemaker Greg Brewer's mom who was the Senior District Attorney of Ventura County, California, this red wine is intense with a ton of character. Ex Post Facto literally translates to "After the Fact" referring to a law that makes illegal an act that was legal when it was first committed. This Santa Barbara County Syrah is raised in the coldest of climates, 100% whole cluster fermented for 60 days before being aged in the oldest barrels in the winery to capture the intense white pepper, floral aromas, and weight of the wine.
